ASP42 was a startup company in e-business Broadvision based solutions. The applications where sold according to the ASP model. ASP42 went bankrupt in 2001, because the companies financing company went bankrupt. The assignment consisted of the following parts:

• Selection of a new hosting parter, because the current one was too expensive;
• Auditing of the IT infrastructure (Sun Solaris/Broadvision/Oracle);
• Creation of- and managing the change management process;
• Describing a standard project approach for implementing new customers.
