The ING CEDS program was tasked to migrate all ING business units in Europe to a common Windows XP platform. To accommodate this several regional teams were created. These teams were responsible for the actual roll out. To support these regional teams one management organization was created. The central management organization was tasked with developing the common platform and coordinate issues between the regions.

The central team was responsible for the program a a whole. Withing the team I was responsible for the regions Southwest Europe and the UK. Additional tasks were the creation of the European change management process and the design and implementation of the new governance structure.
