ABZ is a company that provides clearing house IT (web) services in the financial and insurance market.

My assignments:

  • Auditing the service support organization and creating an improvement list;
  • Creating a report on Governance and implementation of roles and responsibilities. This report took the tactical ITIL processes and the Prince2 project management methodologies as a basis;
  • Creating the Service Level Management process and fulfilling the role of Service Level Manager.
